At Brumen.si – personal training we also carry out a program that is primarily designed for losing excess weight. It is not a miracle formula; it’s a lifestyle change with a big emphasis on living healthy.
Our main objective is making weight loss and exercise such that is causes less stress and less bad mood. There for we offer pleasant, motivational training that will bring rapid changes to your body. We will also prepare nutritional guidelines fitted to each individual’s needs.

Course of training
Most of the time, exercise is performed in the gym (on demand, also outdoors or at home), 2 or 3x per week, in groups of 4 trainees max., under the supervision of a personal trainer. Each training unit lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Workout hours
From Monday to Friday; first available workout at 6:00 in the morning.
