Golf conditioning
Preparations for the next golf season start approximately one month after the old one finished. First we have to develop a base or foundation for additional physical efforts. At the beginning, we word mostly on general endurance and strength of the muscles that stabilize the trunk because that is where everything originates from.
Later during the preparations, the training specializes more for the golf game. Most golf players don’t have problems with strength and endurance but mostly with flexibility. Hence we pay special attention to it during the entire preparation period.
