Group exercise is the choice of groups of individuals and some companies where employees form certain clubs. Group exercise motivates trainees more than if they began exercising alone. Members often take part in competitions where they represent their company.

Group exercise can serve to strengthen mutual bonds or as a type of recreation where individuals with similar goals gather and practice under the guidance of professionally qualified and good physical condition and personal trainers.

Group exercise is organized in such a manner that the trainer attends some workout at the beginning where he determines the general condition of the group. Later he performs a testing on the basis of which he then creates a workout program. In the program, he foresees further tests to inspect each individual’s progress.
